Description

Authorize to enter into a sole source agreement with Joint Commission Resources Inc., Oak Brook, IL, for the provision of an independent, expert review, to be used for the purpose of evaluating the impact of staffing levels on the quality of care at NH Hospital, in an amount not to exceed $85,000. Effective upon G&C approval through June 30, 2018. 20% Federal, 34% General, 46% Agency Funds.
