Authorize the Bureau of Construction to enter into a contract with Pike Industries Inc., Belmont, NH, for pavement preservation and rehabilitation of eight Tier 2 roadway segments (NH 101, NH 12, US 202, NH 3A, and NH 111) in Districts 4 and 5 in the Towns of Keene, Walpole, Jaffrey, Peterborough, Hancock, Antrim, Bennington, Litchfield, and Hudson, on the basis of a low bid of $4,717,476.91. (2)Further authorize a contingency in the amount of $235,873.85 for payment of latent conditions, which may appear during the construction of the project. Effective upon G&C approval through October 26, 2018. 100% Federal Funds.
