Authorize to hold a conference “Family Support Collaboration 2018” for Department staff and contractors who serve children and families with various special health care needs and complex conditions, on May 24, 2018, at the Courtyard Marriott, Grappone Conference Center, Concord, NH, for a total cost not to exceed $6,440. (2)Further authorize an advance payment of $1,000 to the Courtyard by Marriott, Grappone Conference Center, Concord, NH, to secure date and facility. Effective upon G&C approval through June 30, 2018. 100% Federal Funds.
