Authorize the Bureau of Highway Design to enter into an agreement with Vanasse Hangen Brustlin Inc., Bedford, NH, for preliminary and final design to incorporate the fourth travel lane in each direction for approximately 2 miles of the I-93 corridor beginning at the Massachusetts State Line and ending near Exit 1 in the Town of Salem, for an amount not to exceed $2,984,462.20. Effective upon G&C approval through March 31, 2021. 100% Federal Funds.
