Authorize to amend a sole source agreement with Harbor Homes Inc., Nashua, NH (originally approved by G&C on 6-1-16, item #13), by making changes to the scope of work, payment schedules and terms and conditions of the contract, by increasing the price of $4,616,000 by $244,391 to $4,860,391, this will amend an existing contract to increase the number of Recovery Community Centers and ensure they meet the standards required of a Recovery Community Center.
