Description

Authorize the Bureau of Materials & Research to execute a sole source Cooperative Project Agreement with the UNH Sponsored Programs Administration, Durham, NH, for a total fee not to exceed $24,955. Funding is provided by the Federal State Transportation Innovation Councils Incentive Program through project STIC Incentive for Green Infrastructure Restoration and Resiliency for Linear Transportation. Effective upon G&C approval through December 31, 2019. 100% Federal Funds.
