Authorize to enter into sole source agreements with the 8 vendors as detailed in letter dated October 17, 2018, to develop, implement and operationalize a statewide network of Regional Hubs for opioid use disorder treatment and recovery support services, in an amount not to exceed $16,606,487. Effective upon G&C approval through September 29, 2020. 100% Federal Funds.
