Description
Authorize the Bureau of Construction to enter into a contract with Mitchell Sand & Gravel LLC, Shelburne, MA, for NH 119 intersection safety improvements in Fitzwilliam, on the basis of a low bid of $772,561. (2)Further authorize a contingency in the amount of $38,628.05 for payment of latent conditions which may appear during the construction of the project. Effective upon G&C approval through August 23, 2019. 100% Federal Funds.
