Authorize to enter into an agreement with Portland Webworks Inc., Portland, ME, for the provision of designing, developing, implementing, hosting and managing a single, consolidated website for the purpose of ensuring the general public has access to consistent and accurate information on services related to Substance Use Disorders, in an amount not to exceed $200,000.
