Authorize to exercise a renewal option to an existing agreement with Blake Group Holdings Inc., Concord, NH (originally approved by G&C on 6-29-16, item #38), to provide cleaning and preventative maintenance and repairs to the boiler system at the Glencliff Home, by increasing the price by $60,000 from $94,722.88 to an amount not to exceed $154,722, and by extending the completion date from June 30, 2019 to June 30, 2021. 100% General Funds.
