Authorize the Bureau of Disability Determination Service to enter into a sole source contract with Surge Temps LLC, Manchester, NH, to provide full employment services to medical and psychological consultants, in an amount not to exceed $3,600,000. Effective upon G&C approval through June 30, 2021, with the option to extend by up to 2 years. 100% Federal Funds.
