Authorize to enter into sole source contracts with the vendors as detailed in letter dated February 28, 2020, in an amount not to exceed $3,519,330 for the provision of Doorway services for access to substance use disorder treatment and recovery support services. (2)Further authorize an advance payment in an amount not to exceed $568,370 in the aggregate for both vendors for startup costs, hiring staff, and readiness activities. Effective upon G&C approval through September 29, 2020, with the option to renew for up to two additional years. 100% Federal Funds.
