Authorize to entre into a retroactive Intergovernmental agreement for the transfer of public funds with Hillsborough County, to enable the State of NH to compliantly draw federal financial participation consistent with federal requirements and to receive public funds in the amount of $3,218,214 for ProShare 1 Nursing Facility payments. Effective July 1, 2020 through June 1, 2022. 100% Other Funds (Revenue).
