Authorize to accept and expend $250,000 of American Rescue Plan State and Local Fiscal Recovery Funds, to fund an impacts assessment study on deployment of offshore wind in the Gulf of Maine. Effective upon G&C approval through June 30, 2023. 100% Federal Funds. Contingent upon Fiscal Committee approval on August 3, 2021.
