Authorize the Division of Economic Development to enter into a retroactive agreement with McKinsey & Company, Inc., Washington, D.C., in the amount of $1,000,000 in American Rescue Plan Act State Fiscal Recovery Funds to fund a Business Support Portal Feasibility and Design project. Effective upon G&C approval for the period of January 1, 2023 through June 30, 2023. 100% Federal Funds.
